This light was reported to Atlantic City electric and they responded that this is not their light. They suggested contacting Atlantic County. This area is very dark since the Showboat and Revel have closed, and turned off their parking lot/garage lights. This is a large pole on NJ Ave. For more info contact Richard Murawski 856-912-8105.
